Who we are

FzlOps (FzlOps) publishes curated DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, and Cloud job listings. The site is operated by FzlOps. For privacy questions, contact us at hello.fzlops@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Browsing. When you visit this site, standard web server and CDN logs may record your IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp. Our hosting provider processes these logs for security, performance, and operations.
• Job applications. Listings link to third-party employer or job-board sites. We do not receive your application data unless you contact us directly by email.
• Forms. If you use a “report job” or contact link, any information you submit is handled by the service behind that link (for example GitHub Issues or email).

Cookies and analytics

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this site. We do not use analytics cookies at this time. If we add privacy-friendly analytics (for example Plausible, Umami, or Netlify Analytics), we will update this page and name the provider.

Hosting and processors

The site is hosted on Netlify, Inc.. Netlify may process technical logs and deploy artifacts on our behalf. Job listing data may be sourced from a Google Sheet at build time; that sheet is controlled by the site operator and is not shared with visitors except as published listings.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate a public job board (displaying listings, securing the site, and improving content). Where we add optional analytics, we will rely on consent or legitimate interests as appropriate and document the choice here.

Retention

• Server/CDN logs: retained according to Netlify, Inc.'s default retention (typically up to 30 days unless extended for security incidents).
• Published listings: removed from the site when expired or invalid; sheet-backed rows are refreshed on each deploy and may be checked automatically between deploys.
• Email or issue reports: kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights related to data we control, email hello.fzlops@gmail.com. For data held by employers or job boards after you leave our site, contact them directly.

India (DPDP Act): You may request information about personal data we process about you and ask for correction or erasure where applicable. We process minimal personal data (mostly technical logs).

Children

This site is intended for job seekers and professionals; we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Listings link to third-party careers pages and aggregators. We are not responsible for those sites' privacy practices. Review their policies before applying or creating an account.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect revisions.
